We take care of the repair/maintenance of your placement heads. Should a fault occur on one of the placement heads on your machine, please send it to us with a description of the fault to the following address:

Sequence of repair or maintenance:

• Receipt of the placement head in our warehouse in Ingolstadt
• Visual inspection
• Inspection of the placement head on the original ASM Head Care Station II
• Preparation of a cost estimate for the customer
• Approval of the cost estimate
• Repair/maintenance of the placement head
• Shipping of the repaired head

Upon request and consultation with one of our technicians, there is a possibility to create a protocol for the following heads:
1.ASM SIPLACE CPP Multistar, 2.ASM SIPLACE CP20A
3.ASM SIPLACE CP20, 4.ASM SIPLACE CP20P, 5.ASM SIPLACE CP20P2, 6.P+P module,
