The credit note for returns has already been in the prices included!
If the return shipment, which is included in the price list marked articles, not result within 2 weeks, a surcharge of 100% will be charged!

Diagnostic parts:

Only used spare parts can be sent for diagnosis. Should be new parts for diagnostic be used and the parts were removed from the original packaging, so will be 50% of the sales price will be charged.
